One business bank account, private-pay or sliding-scale clients. Straightforward income, no insurance reimbursements to track. Up to ~75 transactions/month.Growth — $400/month
Insurance reimbursements, multiple payment platforms (Headway, Alma, private pay), or a business + savings account combo. Up to ~150 transactions/month.Advanced — $500/month
Higher transaction volume, multiple revenue streams, or 1-2 contractors/supervisees requiring 1099 tracking.Cleanup & Catch-Up Services
