I keep my monthly bookkeeping packages simple and base them on the size and complexity of your practice.Every plan includes QuickBooks management, transaction categorization, account reconciliation, and monthly financial reports.Starter — $300/month
For solo therapists with a straightforward setup. One business bank account, private-pay or sliding-scale clients, and up to ~75 transactions per month.Growth — $400/month
For practices with a little more going on. This could include insurance reimbursements, payment platforms like Headway or Alma, or a business + savings account setup. Up to ~150 transactions per month.Advanced — $500/month
For higher-volume practices, multiple revenue streams, or practices with 1–2 contractors or supervisees who need 1099 tracking.Cleanup & Catch-Up Services
